COOKIE POLICY – Information ex art 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation EU 2016/679 (GDPR)

This information is the extension of the information on the use of cookies and other technical identifiers provided to the interested party through the simplified information present on the banner shown at the time of access to this website.

1. Definitions, characteristics and enforcement of legislation

During the navigation on a site, in addition to cookies stored directly by the visited site (c.d. “first party cookies”), the user may also receive on his computer cookies from sites or web servers other than the one he is visiting (c.d. “third party cookies”).

Some operations could not be carried out without the use of cookies, which in certain cases are therefore technically necessary for the functioning of the site.

Among the technical cookies, which do not require an express consent for their use, the Italian Guarantor for the protection of personal data (cf. Guidelines for cookies and other tracking tools of 10 June 2021 and subsequent clarifications, below only “Guidelines”) Also includes:

• the cookie analytics if their use prevents the possibility of directly identifying the data subject (cd. “single out”), thus preventing the use of analytics cookies that may be direct and unique identifiers. In addition, their structure must provide for the possibility of referring them not to one but to several devices, so as to create a reasonable uncertainty about the computer identity of the recipient (usually by masking portions of the IP address within the cookie itself as indicated in the Guidelines). Finally, in order to be identified as technical, the analytics cookies must be limited to the production of aggregate statistics and that they are used relative to a single site/ mobile application, in such a way that it does not allow the tracking of the person’s browsing by using different applications or navigating to different websites;
• Navigation or session cookies;

For the c.d. “profiling cookies”, vice versa, that is those aimed at creating profiles related to the user and used in order to modulate the provision of the service in a personalized way beyond what is strictly necessary for the provision of the service or to send targeted advertising messages in line with preferences expressed by the user in the context of browsing the Internet and/or to carry out analysis and monitoring of visitor behaviour, Prior consent of the user is required.

2. Types of cookies used by the Site

The Owner has classified the cookies in use according to their type of use as follows. The third party cookie providers are also obliged to comply with the relevant legislation, we refer you to the link of the websites of the third party, where you can find the forms for collecting consent to cookies and their related information.

3. Your cookie decisions

4. Privacy rights ex artt. 15 et seq. of the Regulation

Pursuant to Articles 15 and following of the Regulation, you have the right to request from the Company, at any time, access to your Personal Data, rectification or deletion thereof, you have the right to oppose the processing, has the right to request the limitation of processing in the cases provided for by art. 18 of the Regulation, as well as has the right to obtain in a structured format, commonly used and readable by automatic device the data concerning it, in the cases provided for by art. 20 of the Regulation. At any time can revoke ex art. 7 of the Regulation, the consent already given, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to the withdrawal of consent.

In any case, you always have the right to submit a complaint to the competent supervisory authority (Data Protection Supervisor), pursuant to art. 77 of the Regulation, if it considers that the processing of your Personal Data is contrary to the legislation in force.
